Learning Objective

I can describe my future goals and aspirations.

Key Concepts

A goal is some objective you'd like to reach, and setting a meaningful goal increases your motivation and helps you get results.

Breaking your goal down into manageable chunks will make it more doable, and each mini-goal should be specific and measurable so you know you're making progress.

The acronym SMART can help you remember the qualities of a good goal: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic or Relevant, and Time-bound.
