I can calculate the slope of a line from a graph or two points.

The slope, represented by the letter m, is calculated by rise over run, which is the change in y over the change in x.

The formula to find the slope between two points is m = (y₂ - y₁) / (x₂ - x₁), where (x₁, y₁) and (x₂, y₂) are the coordinates of the two points.

A negative slope indicates that the line is going downhill from left to right, while a positive slope indicates the line is going uphill.
