Exploring Feelings and Zones
Learning Objective
I can identify different feelings and the zones they belong to and then find a strategy for that zone
Key Concepts
Emotions are feelings such as happiness, sadness, fear, love, and anger, and it's important to remember that there are no wrong emotions.
The four zones of regulation are blue, green, yellow, and red, and they help us understand and manage our emotions.
When you are in the red zone, you have lost control over your mind and body, and you might feel angry, devastated, or furious.
