To rotate the camera in Blockbench, hold the middle mouse button and drag; to pan, hold the middle mouse button and SHIFT while dragging.

The Move, Resize, and Rotation tools can be accessed from the Toolbar or by pressing V, S, and R respectively.

To duplicate a cube, click it in the Outliner while holding ALT, then drag it away, or by pressing CTRL + D.
